We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we’re happy to assist with returns, refunds, or exchanges based on the following terms:

  1. Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or WhatsApp to initiate the cancellation. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
  2. Refunds: We have no return & no refund policy.
  3. Exchanges: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We’ll be happy to exchange it for a similar item or provide a refund if needed.
  4. Non-Refundable Items: Custom-made or personalized items, and products marked as “final sale,” cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
